We are a small transport business based in Praya, Central Lombok — about ten minutes from Lombok International Airport. We do one thing and try to do it properly: get you from the airport or harbour to where you are staying, safely and on time.
Run by one family, not a call centre
Lombok Transfer is operated by Muhamad Rodi Gunawan under RAZ Mandalika Triguna, registered with the Indonesian business registry (NIB 0909240000056). When you message us on WhatsApp you are talking to the person who arranges your car — not an agent in another country reselling your ride.
Drivers born on this island
Our drivers grew up here. They know which road to Sembalun is open after rain, where the Bangsal boats really leave from, and how long the drive to Selong Belanak takes on a Sunday. They speak English well enough to help you with more than the route.
No deposit, and no games with the price
The price you see is the price for the whole car, agreed before you travel. There is no deposit, no card details, no commission stop at a pearl shop, and no extra charge if your flight is late. You pay your driver when you meet — cash in rupiah or bank transfer, whichever suits you.
Why we built this website
Most transfers in Lombok are still arranged through middlemen who take a cut and pass on a higher price. We built this site so travellers can see the real price, book directly, and know exactly who is picking them up.
