Who we are

This website is operated by (“Lombok Transfer”, “we”), a private transfer operator based in Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia. You can reach us at or on WhatsApp at .

What we collect

• Booking details — pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers and luggage, flight or boat number, child seat requests and any notes you write.
• Contact details — your name, email address and phone number, plus the name and phone number of another passenger if you book on someone else's behalf.
• Payment records — the order number, the amount and whether payment succeeded. We never receive or store your full card number; the card itself is handled by our payment provider.
• Technical data — standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
• On your own device — your language and currency choice and an unfinished booking are saved in your browser's local storage so you do not lose them. This never leaves your device and we cannot read it.

Why we use it

To arrange and carry out the transfer you booked, to contact you about it before and during the trip, to take payment, to issue receipts, and to keep the accounting records Indonesian law requires. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Your driver — receives only what is needed for the trip: name, phone number, time, addresses and flight number.
• Midtrans (PT Midtrans, Indonesia) — our payment gateway, which processes the payment itself.
• Netlify — hosts this website and stores booking records for us.
• Email delivery — a transactional email provider sends your confirmation message.
• Google Maps — the route map shown during booking is loaded from Google, which will see the request.

We may also disclose data where Indonesian law requires it. No one else receives it.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies by default. If website statistics are switched on, you will be asked for your consent first and nothing is loaded until you accept; you can decline and the site works exactly the same. The storage described above is functional and is not used to follow you across other websites.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as the accounting and tax rules require, then deleted. Messages you send us on WhatsApp stay in that conversation until you or we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once the trip is finished and the records are no longer legally required. Write to and we will reply within seven days. If you booked through us from the European Union or the United Kingdom, we handle your data on the legal basis of performing the contract you entered into with us.

Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children. Bookings are made by adults; a child travelling in the car is simply a passenger and we only note the number of child seats needed.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.

Data yang kami kumpulkan

• Data pemesanan — alamat jemput dan tujuan, tanggal dan jam, jumlah penumpang dan bagasi, nomor penerbangan atau kapal, permintaan kursi anak, serta catatan yang Anda tulis.
• Data kontak — nama, email dan nomor telepon Anda, serta nama dan nomor penumpang lain bila Anda memesan untuk orang lain.
• Catatan pembayaran — nomor pesanan, nominal dan status pembayaran. Kami tidak pernah menerima atau menyimpan nomor kartu Anda; kartu diproses oleh penyedia pembayaran.
• Data teknis — log server standar dari penyedia hosting (alamat IP, jenis peramban, halaman yang dibuka) untuk keamanan dan penanganan gangguan.
• Di perangkat Anda sendiri — pilihan bahasa, mata uang dan pemesanan yang belum selesai disimpan di penyimpanan lokal peramban agar tidak hilang. Data ini tidak keluar dari perangkat Anda dan tidak bisa kami baca.

Untuk apa digunakan

Untuk mengatur dan menjalankan perjalanan yang Anda pesan, menghubungi Anda sebelum dan selama perjalanan, memproses pembayaran, menerbitkan kuitansi, serta menyimpan catatan pembukuan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Kami tidak menjual data Anda dan tidak menggunakannya untuk iklan.

Dengan siapa data dibagikan

• Supir Anda — hanya menerima yang diperlukan: nama, nomor telepon, jam, alamat dan nomor penerbangan.
• Midtrans (PT Midtrans, Indonesia) — gerbang pembayaran yang memproses transaksi.
• Netlify — penyedia hosting situs ini sekaligus tempat catatan pemesanan tersimpan.
• Penyedia email — mengirimkan email konfirmasi kepada Anda.
• Google Maps — peta rute pada halaman pemesanan dimuat dari Google, sehingga Google menerima permintaan tersebut.

Kami juga dapat membuka data bila diwajibkan oleh hukum. Selain itu, tidak ada pihak lain yang menerimanya.

Statistik dan cookie

Situs ini tidak memasang cookie iklan maupun cookie pelacak secara bawaan. Bila statistik pengunjung diaktifkan, Anda akan dimintai persetujuan lebih dulu dan tidak ada yang dimuat sebelum Anda setuju; menolak pun situs tetap berfungsi normal. Penyimpanan yang disebut di atas bersifat fungsional dan tidak dipakai mengikuti Anda ke situs lain.

Berapa lama disimpan

Catatan pemesanan dan pembayaran disimpan selama diwajibkan aturan pembukuan dan perpajakan, lalu dihapus. Pesan WhatsApp tersimpan di percakapan sampai Anda atau kami menghapusnya.

Hak Anda

Anda berhak meminta salinan data Anda, meminta perbaikan, atau meminta penghapusan setelah perjalanan selesai dan catatannya tidak lagi diwajibkan secara hukum. Kirim permintaan ke , kami balas dalam tujuh hari.

Anak-anak

Kami tidak mengumpulkan data anak secara sengaja. Pemesanan dilakukan oleh orang dewasa; anak yang ikut dalam perjalanan hanya dicatat sebagai jumlah kursi anak yang dibutuhkan.

Perubahan

Bila kebijakan ini berubah, versi terbaru dimuat di halaman ini dengan tanggal baru di bagian atas.
