Terms & Cancellation Policy
These terms apply to every transfer booked on lombok-transfer.com, operated by RAZ Triguna Mandalika, Lombok, Indonesia.
1. Service
- Private transfers with a professional driver. We do not rent vehicles without a driver.
- Prices are per vehicle for a one-way journey and include the driver, fuel, airport parking and bottled water.
- Fares depend on distance and group size: 1–2 passengers standard fare, 3 passengers + Rp 100,000, 4 passengers + Rp 200,000, 5 or more passengers + Rp 700,000 (one larger vehicle). Groups larger than 12 are quoted on WhatsApp.
- Night pick-up or drop-off between 22:00 and 05:00 (Lombok time): + Rp 50,000 per journey. Return bookings receive a 10% discount.
- Free waiting time is included for airport and hotel pick-ups. Additional waiting beyond that: Rp 50,000 per hour. Extra stops: Rp 50,000 per stop.
2. Booking & payment
- Bookings must be made at least 6 hours before pick-up.
- No deposit and no online payment. You pay your driver directly at pick-up, in cash (Indonesian Rupiah) or by bank transfer to the account we send you.
- A booking is confirmed when we reply on WhatsApp with your driver's name and vehicle plate. Until you receive that message the vehicle is not yet held for you.
- The price we confirm is the final price. There is no card fee, no booking fee and no surcharge on arrival.
3. Changes & delays
- Please include your flight number. We track flights and adjust the pick-up time for delays at no extra cost.
- Changes to date, time or address are free when requested at least 24 hours before pick-up, subject to availability.
4. Cancellation & refund
- Cancelling is free of charge at any time, because nothing is paid in advance. Please tell us on WhatsApp as early as you can so the driver can be reassigned.
- No-show (guest not at the pick-up point and not reachable): the driver waits for the included free waiting time, after which the booking is closed. Nothing is charged, but please avoid it — the driver has travelled to meet you.
- If we are unable to provide the transfer, we tell you as early as possible and help you find an alternative. You owe nothing.
- Refunds do not apply, as payment only takes place at pick-up.
5. Contact
Syarat & Kebijakan Pembatalan
1. Layanan
- Antar-jemput pribadi dengan supir profesional. Tidak melayani sewa kendaraan lepas kunci.
- Harga per kendaraan untuk sekali jalan, sudah termasuk supir, BBM, parkir bandara, dan air mineral.
- Tarif tergantung jarak dan jumlah penumpang: 1–2 orang harga normal, 3 orang + Rp 100.000, 4 orang + Rp 200.000, 5 orang atau lebih + Rp 700.000 (satu kendaraan besar). Rombongan lebih dari 12 orang ditawarkan lewat WhatsApp.
- Jemput/antar malam pukul 22.00–05.00 WITA: + Rp 50.000 per perjalanan. Pesanan pulang-pergi mendapat diskon 10%.
- Sudah termasuk gratis waktu tunggu untuk jemput bandara dan hotel. Tunggu tambahan di luar itu Rp 50.000 per jam. Titik singgah tambahan Rp 50.000 per titik.
2. Pemesanan & pembayaran
- Pemesanan paling lambat 6 jam sebelum jemput.
- Tanpa uang muka dan tanpa pembayaran online. Pembayaran langsung ke supir saat dijemput, tunai (Rupiah) atau transfer bank ke rekening yang kami kirimkan.
- Pesanan terkonfirmasi setelah kami membalas di WhatsApp dengan nama supir dan nomor plat kendaraan. Sebelum pesan itu Anda terima, kendaraan belum dipesankan atas nama Anda.
- Harga yang kami konfirmasi adalah harga akhir. Tidak ada biaya kartu, biaya pemesanan, atau tambahan apa pun saat penjemputan.
3. Perubahan & keterlambatan
- Cantumkan nomor penerbangan. Kami memantau jadwal pesawat dan menyesuaikan jam jemput tanpa biaya.
- Perubahan tanggal, jam, atau alamat gratis bila diajukan paling lambat 24 jam sebelum jemput, sesuai ketersediaan.
4. Pembatalan & refund
- Pembatalan gratis kapan saja, karena tidak ada uang yang dibayar di muka. Mohon kabari lewat WhatsApp sedini mungkin supaya supir bisa dialihkan.
- Tamu tidak hadir di titik jemput dan tidak bisa dihubungi: supir menunggu selama waktu tunggu gratis yang sudah termasuk, setelah itu pesanan ditutup. Tidak ada biaya yang ditagih, tetapi mohon dihindari — supir sudah berangkat menjemput Anda.
- Jika kami tidak dapat melayani: kami kabari sedini mungkin dan bantu mencarikan alternatif. Anda tidak dikenakan biaya apa pun.
- Refund tidak berlaku, karena pembayaran baru terjadi saat penjemputan.
