Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. The price depends on the distance and the size of your group and is shown before you book. Groups of 5 or more travel in one larger vehicle.

What is included?

Your private driver, fuel, airport parking and bottled water. There are no hidden costs.

Can I be picked up from my villa or any address?

Yes. Type your hotel, villa or any address on Lombok — we pick you up anywhere on the island.

What if my flight is delayed?

Add your flight number when booking. We track your flight and adjust the pick-up time at no extra cost. Airport pick-ups include free waiting time.

Which currencies can I see?

Prices are set in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). An approximate US Dollar (USD) amount is shown next to it as a guide.

How do I pay?

You pay your driver on arrival — cash in Indonesian Rupiah or bank transfer. No deposit and no card details are taken when you book; we confirm your driver on WhatsApp.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up — just message us on WhatsApp. Since nothing is paid in advance, there is nothing to refund.
